Meet Joelma
Hi, there. I am Joelma Oliveira.
Joelma is a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP), which is the highest level of certification for permanent makeup. She’s also a member of Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She’s an award winning eyebrow specialist with years of experience in the beauty industry, hundreds of procedures done, and is a master in the ever growing popular microblading 3D technique. She’s been trained by some of the best and most recognized artist both nationally and internationally, such as Alan Spadone, Nouveau Contour Academy, Daria Chuprys Academy, Alina Solavova and more. She has a passion for helping people enhance their natural beauty and gain confidence through the art of permanent makeup. Nothing brings her greater joy than the reaction on a satisfied clients face when she’s finished!
